What else is more attractive and tasty than an ‘immersion’ in the eno-gastronomic ambiance of ‘Maremma’?
….. Discover and appreciate the dishes and the tradition of the local farmers is what we propose in this itinerary.
PROGRAM:
1st Day: Arrival and check-in in booked accommodation. Dinner with ‘menù degustazione’ in a traditional restaurant. Overnight stay.
2nd Day: breakfast followed by a visit to a traditional producer with tasting.Free for lunch.Free afternoon.Dinner of "degustazione" menu in a tipycal restaurant.Return to accomodation to sleep.
3rd Day: breakfast followed by departure for Roccalbegna.Visit a dairy where experts demonstrate the production of chees and offer tastings.Afternoon and evening free.
4th Day: After breakfast free morning. Departure of participants.

The package rate includes:
- Arrival in the booked accommadation, i.e. room-rental, agriturismo (farming-house) or hotel, overnight stay including breakfast;
- Dinner with ‘menù degustazione’ on the 1st and 2nd day in a traditional restaurant (including ¼ litre of water and ¼ litre of wine);
- Tasting in an agricultural company with biological products
- Tasting in ‘caseificio’ (cheese-making place) of Roccalbegna
